Return Eligibility:

1. You can return your item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be sent back with all original packaging and accessories.
3. If your item turns out to be faulty or not as described, we'll process a full refund or exchange, covering all shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. To initiate a return, please email us at [e-mail] using the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Please include in the email a reason for the return and any relevant photos if applicable.
2. Our customer service team will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
3. Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package your item and mark the RMA number clearly outside the package.
4. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty/not as described.

Refunds:

1. Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
2. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company or bank.

Exceptions:

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable such as sale items, personalized items, and gift cards.
